Here are some of my favorite recipes I've tried and shared here on the blog! Click on the Recipe Name for full recipe information and instructions. Happy Cooking!

Crock Pot Chicken (sans-tortilla) Soup
This soup is really hearty and delicious, packed with protein from all the chicken. Because most of it is prepared in a crock pot, it is super simple to make on a busy day, and is a wonderful thing to come home to after an evening workout! Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, paleo.

Coconut Creamer for Coffee
This was a long-time experiment to replace all those creamers out there that are not-so-good for you. This is a dairy and soy free alternative that really makes coffee taste great, without all the bad stuff.

Curry Chicken Salad Wraps
These little babies are a delicious way to break up your lunchtime routine. They feel like a cheat meal, but there's nothing bad about them. Gluten free, grain free.

Black Bean Brownies
A delicious dessert without ANY guilt.
Minimal ingredients, maximum chocolate flavor!

Paleo Red Curry with Chicken

This recipe is just as good as any Thai restaurant, but BETTER
because it has all healthy ingredients, and it's dairy free and gluten free!

Paleo Orange Chicken with Cauliflower Rice
A healthy alternative to our favorite dish that is just as delicious, but waaaaaaaay better for you. Grain free, dairy free, gluten free. This is also GREAT as leftovers for lunch the next day!

Paleo Pumpkin Pie
A great Thanksgiving dessert that is just as delicious as the original, but is gluten free and dairy free as well! Everything in this dessert is good for you, so have it whenever you want! :)

Cocoa Chia Seed Energy Bombs
Almost every day I have a serious hankering for chocolate in some shape or form. I also get the 3:00 munchies... these little cocoa-nuggets are the oh-so-delicious solution. Healthy and filling, and yes, they require a lot of ingredients, but once you buy everything, you can make batch after batch.

Beet Ravioli with Cashew Cream Cheese
This is an interesting one. I found this recipe while I was on the CLEAN Program, its a new take on Ravioli, but with veggies! Also, it's dairy free - and Vegan!! It takes a little prep work, so I would recommend trying this one on a weekend. BUT Its a fun new way to eat your beets!! (I love me some beets)
